The reverse of the coin shows the surface of the moon. Thanks to the skilled professionals employed to carve every single element visible in the moon, the coin is now regarded as one of the most beautiful every made! A piece of meteorite is inserted in the upper left part. At the bottom there is the inscription “ The first man on the moon. 40th anniversary of Apollo 11 1969-2009”.
