Another pure silver coin in the series of the “Wildlife in Need” features the giant panda – one of the most endangered species of wildlife in the world.
The reverse of the coin includes the image of pandas, an adult one and a baby panda sitting on the rock with some bunches of bamboo in their paws. The animals and the landscape in the background have been captured in full color, whereas the rocks are silver. In the lower central part of the coin one can see two hands which resemble the care the species should be given. Above the image, there is the inscription “Wildlife in Need” and “Great Panda”.
The obverse of the piece includes the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II together with the legal tender value of the coin, 1 dollar, and the place of issue.
Each piece is delivered in a beauty box. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
