The new series of the Royal Canadian Mint confirms the exceptional class of its designers, engravers and other employees, whose work brings such wonderful results. The mirror-like background highly emphasises the accuracy of the EHR method, with which it was possible to reproduce the plumage, beak shape or gaze of the bald eagle – the symbol of North America. In 2020, the Royal Canadian Mint offered to collectors gold and silver variants – with one ounce of the latter used in the piece you are admiring. And although the mintage was relatively large (4,000 copies), the entire edition has long since sold out of the Royal Canadian Mint’s official shop. What to do in this situation?
