The twenty fifth anniversary of the design of five kangaroos has been commemorated with a unique coin made of pure gold. The image of the kangaroos was originally introduced as the part of the Australian Nugget coin program being a new theme for the proof issue dated 1984.
The reverse of the coin depicts the design of Gold five kangaroos bouncing one next after another. Thanks to unique craftsmanship of the Royal Australian Mint`s craftsmen employed for this project, every detail on the skin of these animals is visible. In the lower part of the coin, there is the legal tender value of 1 dollar.
The obverse of this coin includes the effigy of Her Majesty Elizabeth II designed by Dr. Stuart Devlin AO CMG, goldsmith and jeweler to Her Majesty. Each of the coins is delivered in an elegant wooden presentation box cushioned with black fabric. Every box includes a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
The coin is a perfect present for every collector and Australian culture fan. Due to its limited mintage, this piece is available in a small number worldwide. We highly recommend to order one as soon as possible as they may run out very soon.
