The reverse of this amazing coin includes the image of an Australian desert. In fact, this beautiful landscape is an abstract interpretation of a factual desert. Below the design, one can find the transparent half-circle locket including 1-carat sapphires. At the bottom of the coin, there is the inscription “Treasures of Australia”.
The obverse of the coin shows the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II situated above the locket. The legal tender value of 100 dollars and proof are visible below the capsule.
